We're a young company building a track record one job at a time. Here's what we promise on every call, and how to tell us when we get it right or wrong.
Something to tell us? Call (952) 688-6590 or send a WhatsApp — it reaches the owner.
Plenty of towing websites open with five stars and a wall of testimonials that nobody can trace. We'd rather this page stay honest. Alexander Towing LLC is a newer company in Inver Grove Heights, our Google Business profile is still being set up, and until there are real reviews from real customers there is nothing here pretending otherwise. When the profile is live, the button to leave a review will appear on this page.
A real arrival window instead of a number meant to keep you waiting. A price agreed on the phone before the truck leaves, with no new charges when the driver arrives. Flatbed equipment so your vehicle rides fully off the ground. A licensed, insured, DOT-certified operator (DOT # 4534740). Service in English or Spanish, whichever you're more comfortable in.
If a job didn't go the way it should have, the fastest fix is a direct message rather than a public post we may not see for days. Call or send a WhatsApp with the date, the vehicle and what happened, and you'll get an answer from someone who can actually do something about it.
Thanks for taking the time — it makes a real difference for a small local business.
